General Information
What is the AI Summit Kitzbühel?
The AI Summit Kitzbühel is a two-day AI conference focused on artificial intelligence in business.
It brings together C-level executives, founders, innovation leaders and AI experts to discuss how companies are implementing AI today and what the future of AI in business looks like.
When and where does the AI Summit Kitzbühel take place?
The AI Summit Kitzbühel takes place June 17–18, 2026, on top of the legendary Hahnenkamm Mountain in Kitzbühel, Austria.
Attendees arrive by cable car, creating a unique summit experience at 1,700 meters above sea level.
Who attends the summit?
The summit attracts decision-makers and senior leaders, including:

What are the main stages at the summit?
The summit features multiple stages and areas:
Mountain Stage
Main keynotes and high-level panels in the iconic glass cube overlooking the Alps.
Masterclass Stage
Focused expert sessions and practical workshops at the Starthouse.
Deep Dive Stage
Interactive expert discussions and smaller round-table sessions at Tomschy’s.
Expo Area
A curated innovation boulevard with Expo Chalets and Glass Pagodas, where partners present their technologies, host roundtables and connect with attendees.
Mountain Terrace
The social heart of the summit for networking, informal meetings and panoramic alpine views.
What language are the sessions in?
Most sessions are held in English. A small selection of sessions are in German and are marked accordingly in the program. The Markus Lanz panel on June 18 is in German.

Where and when can I pick up my badge?
You will receive a QR code by email before the event. Use it on-site to print your personalized badge.

To avoid waiting times, we recommend pre-accrediting at the hotel on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
What is the Opening Get-Together?
The Opening Get-Together is the official kickoff event on the evening of June 17.
All summit participants gather for drinks and networking while enjoying the alpine atmosphere on the mountain.
The Hahnenkamm cable car will operate exclusively for AI Summit attendees until 11:00 PM to allow convenient transportation after the event.
What is the VIP Party at Rosi's Sonnbergstuben?
The AI Summit VIP Party takes place at the famous Rosi's Sonnbergstuben and is open to Gold ticket holders, partners and speakers (limited to 150 attendees).
The evening includes:
- BBQ and drinks
- Live music
- Networking with industry leaders
- The legendary XXXL Kaiserschmarrn dessert
Your wristband can be picked up at the Speakers & Partners Lounge at Tomschy's during the summit.
Is there an event app?
Yes. All attendees get access to the AI Summit Event App 2 about weeks before the event.
The app allows you to:
- view the agenda
- connect with other attendees
- book meetings
- explore partner companies
- receive updates and notifications
Logistics & Travel
How do I get to Kitzbühel?
🚃 By train (recommended): Get off at Hahnenkamm station, directly in front of the gondola station. From Kitzbühel Hauptbahnhof it is a 1.5 km walk or taxi/bus.

🚗 By car: Parking available at Hahnenkamm-Parkplatz & Klosterfeld, free with a valid KitzSki gondola ticket.
🚡 Please note: The summit venue on the Hahnenkamm can only be reached by cable car — there is no road access to the mountain station.
What should I wear? What is the dress code?
The summit has no strict dress code. During the day, business casual is the norm (e.g. blazer, smart shirt, elegant sneakers).
For the VIP Party at Rosi's, Dirndl and Lederhosen are very welcome.
The summit venue sits at 1,700m, so bring a light jacket — it's noticeably fresher up top, especially in the evenings. Comfortable footwear is recommended as the summit area spans multiple locations across the mountain.
Where should I stay during the summit?
Most attendees stay in Kitzbühel town, which offers a wide range of hotels and accommodations.

What is the cable car schedule?

Are there special gondola ticket conditions for attendees?
AI Summit participants receive special cable car tickets from our mobility partner KitzSki:
- Special price: €20 per day, unlimited rides
- Valid for the Hahnenkamm cable car
A dedicated accreditation counter (Cash Desk 1) will be available for AI Summit attendees at: Toni-Sailer-Platz, Hahnenkamm valley station
