Planning & organising your stay at the AI Summit
Registration and Tickets
What are the conference dates and daily schedule?
The conference takes place from Tuesday, June 24th, to Thursday, June 26th, 2025, with sessions scheduled daily between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Additional networking and social events, such as the VIP party and terrace gatherings, extend into the evening. Find more details in our program.
How many tickets are available?
The Grand Tirolia Hotel can host up to 450 guests for the AI Summit Kitzbühel 2025. We recommend securing your ticket as soon as possible, as demand is high and tickets are expected to sell out quickly.
How can I pay for my ticket and/or hotel?
Both credit card payment and invoicing are available through our online shop.
How do I get my ticket?
After purchasing your ticket on our website, you will receive a QR code a few days before the event. Simply bring the QR code to the registration desk, where your badge will be printed on-site. You don't need to print anything at home.
How does onsite registration/accreditation work?
You can pick up your badge during pre-conference registration on June 23 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. During the conference, registration is open on June 24 and 25 from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and on June 26 from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person until Sunday, 08.06.2025. Please contact us at lena.w@stellenberg-group.com to arrange the transfer.
Stay & Travel Information
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving on Monday, June 23, for a relaxed start. Registration is open Monday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, allowing you to pick up your badge in advance. On Tuesday, June 24, registration opens at 8:00 AM, and the first session begins at 9:30 AM.
How do I book my stay?
The entire Grand Tirolia Hotel is exclusively reserved for AI Summit guests. You can book your stay directly through our website. You can pay via invoice or credit card.
When should I book my hotel room?
Hotel rooms are limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred category.
Does my hotel booking include meals?
All hotel rooms include a rich breakfast buffet in the morning. Lunch and snacks throughout the day are only included with VIP tickets.
Is food available during the conference?
VIP guests enjoy all-day access to the VIP lounge with snacks and a three-course gourmet lunch. Explorer guests can purchase snacks and meal options at the venue.
Is parking available at the hotel?
The Grand Tirolia Hotel offers 160 underground parking spaces, 70 outdoor spaces near the entrance, as well as street parking. Parking is available for a flat rate of €15 per day.
Venue Features and Guidelines
Will there be Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes, the Grand Tirolia Hotel offers free Wi-Fi for all conference attendees.
What is the dress code for the summit?
The dress code is business casual, but you are welcome to dress comfortably for networking activities or outdoor sessions. For the VIP party, traditional clothing such as Dirndl and Lederhosen are welcome. For the Welcome Get-Together: "Welcome to Tropical AIsland", feel free to embrace a tropical look.

AI Conference Sessions
Who can attend the conference?
The AI Summit Kitzbühel is open to anyone with an interest in artificial intelligence. We offer sessions and workshops on three parallel stages, suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced professionals.
Will all the sessions be in English?
No, the AI Summit Kitzbühel 2025 will feature a mix of English and German AI sessions.
Will there be open Q&A sessions?
Questions are welcome in masterclasses and deep dive sessions. However, we cannot take audience questions during keynotes on the main stage.
Guest Experience
How does catering work?
VIP guests: VIP guests enjoy a daily three-course gourmet lunch, access to a beverage service, and exclusive entry to the VIP & Speaker Lounge with snacks and drinks.
Explorer guests: Explorer guests can purchase coffee, drinks, snacks, and lunch options on-site. Water is available for all attendees.
Is there an exhibition area at the summit?
Yes, a dedicated trade show area in the hotel lobby will feature selected partner companies showcasing their latest (AI) products, services, and innovations.
Networking and Socializing
What networking events are scheduled during the summit?
The AI Summit Kitzbühel 2025 offers several dedicated networking events:
- Opening Get-Together & Drone Show | June 23, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Kick off the summit with an impressive drone show, drinks, and a relaxed networking atmosphere.
- VIP Party at Rosi’s Sonnbergstuben | June 25, 6:00 PM – 11:45 PM – An exclusive evening featuring gourmet dining and drinks in a unique alpine setting. Dirndl and Lederhosen are welcome! (VIP guests only)
- Closing Get-Together: "Welcome to Tropical AIsland" | June 26, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM – End the summit with a vibrant tropical-themed networking evening on the Grand Tirolia Wellness Area’s terrace. Feel free to dress tropically.
For VIP guests, additional exclusive networking options include access to the VIP lounge, the VIP party, and a three-course gourmet lunch served daily.
Who can attend the VIP party?
The VIP party is exclusively for VIP ticket holders.
How do I get to and from the VIP party?
The VIP party at Rosi’s Sonnbergstuben takes place from 6:00 PM to 11:45 PM.
Getting there: Enjoy a scenic chair lift ride directly up to Rosi’s Sonnbergstuben. Alternatively, in case of bad weather or personal preference, direct car transfers from the Grand Tirolia Hotel lobby to the venue are available.
Getting back: Return car transportation to the Grand Tirolia Hotel will be provided throughout the evening for all VIP guests.
How can I participate in the Opening & Closing Get-Togethers?
All summit attendees are welcome—no registration required. Just come and enjoy the evening!
Are there organized sports activities?
Yes! Join daily sessions like morning yoga or guided running meetups to start the day energized and network in a relaxed setting. Details will be shared closer to the event.
